cant connect to blogger.com

please help me, im using firefox 3, and i want to loggin to my blogger account. but i can connect to blogger dot com

firefox says : 
An error occurred during a connection to www dot google dot com.

Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s).

(Error code: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap)
and i have check the "certs" folder, but the is no certs file that sahi created. btw im using WINXP not linux

please help me

    Read the FAQ on HTTPS/SSL which talks about the certs directory. Also checkout the forum on "HTTPS" or "SSL".
