Page not available is displayed when launching IE8 from sahi dash board

I am sorry if this is a repeat question, couldn't find an answer. hence posting it.
My issue is that the port 9999 is not getting set in IE8. I can set it manually and each time the close the browser the port is lost. can you kindly help me with this ?

    Are you using internet from datacard?

    Hi,

    Please follow the below steps to access IE.

    1) Start Sahi.

    2) Click configure link on the dashboard.

    3) Open the browser_types.xml file

    4) Search for " <path>$ProgramFiles (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe</path> " .

    5) Remove (X86) from the path " <path>$ProgramFiles\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe</path> ".

    Pratik this was already tried, we did have a discussion on the same. The solution was provided by Narayan. It was actually a work around where in u set the port manually in IE options

    I can see this issue in IE9.

    I guess thats one more person, so can we have a look in this for a better solution that setting the port manually
