License doesn't work

Hello, I have been working with Sahi Pro this week and my license is not working. It gives me an invalid license error. I have the license and the email for just the three of the users here at our office. What do you need from me to get this going?

    Have you done with the instructions mentioned on the Mail with "license.data" attached ?
