Sahi Pro, Telerik WebButtons and javascript?

I am having an issue where Sahi Pro will click the Telerik webbutton but the javascript on click event does not seem to be firing for a Telerik button. This works fine if I do not have the Sahi controller open. I cannot provide a URL but can provide other details if needed.
Basically, when we have certain forms in our app open, we have the ability to Print or Preview them. The on click fires javascript which in turn triggers the IE Open Save Cancel dialog in IE9. If the controller is open, nothing happens with the on click, if the controller is closed, I get the pdf as expected. Any suggestions as to why this wouldn't be working?

    Hi,
    Can you elaborate what exactly do you mean when you say that controller is open. Is it still running through Sahi? Or it happens such that when you run through sahi it doesn't works.

    I guess you could say both. If I am running through Sahi or even if the controller is just open, PDF files will not open, or even launch the Open/Save/Cancel dialog in IE.

    Launch Sahi Pro
    Click the button to invoke IE
    Launch any web page via the controller
    Navigate to http://sahi.co.in/sahi-pro/ either in or out of the controller launched page
    Click the link Sahi Pro Documentation (PDF)
    Note nothing happens.
    Shut down Sahi Pro
    Now click the link Sahi Pro Documentation (PDF) again.
    Note the Open.Save/Cancel dialog is opened in IE and the PDF will open.
