I did not like the new forum at all. Any one with same view?

    Hi SCK and Gaveyom,

    Thanks for the honest feedback. We moved to a new forums software because it allowed easy sign up via open id, voting, marking questions as "Answered" etc. We too are figuring out the proper look and feel. The current UI looks like stack overflow which some people are used to. We removed the blue look and feel because we felt the content itself was not as visible as the other bells and whistles.

    Any suggestions to improve are very welcome :)

    Yes, i agree with SCK.
    Some features that i like from the old forum
    - Viewing of subscription from other discussions. Couldn't find my subscriptions anymore.
    - blockquote when posting a comment (and other comment formats in the hint)
    - the listing of searched topic. There is a summary on how many replied and every page limit for search results. 'Cause right now, i have to scroll down till it reaches the end before i'll be able to read the subject title.

    yes, older version is better or last 2 weeks back 1 more update was there with blue background, that also better than the current one in look perspective , but few features were good in current version like (comments/ views/ follows/ votes) are displaying prefix to post and auto save etc...

    Hi Narayan,

    From my side, I would like to suggest,
    1. Ticket moved from "Questions to Answered" after one Comment but may be the Ticket is not been answered yet. Only if Sahi Team close the ticket it should change the status to "Answered".
    2. For easy search we should add unique id for each topic, as text search matches with more topics.
    3. Sort by: Answered, Unanswered, Recent ...etc and should be available for all related pages.
    4. Email Notification for New Comments, Post.. etc.
    5. Menu Link -- discussions activity inbox umashankarvelliah mark all viewed sign out, if we have like,
    Discussions Activity Inbox UmashankarVelliah Mark All Viewed Sign Out, will look good.
    6.UI changes required.

    Is edition of existing question or comment possible?
    If not then it should be possible.

    Code blocks ? I was lost. Previously it was easy. Also the hint is not shown while adding question or adding new discussion
