Unable to start Sahi Pro

I have downloaded trial version of Sahi Pro v4.3.2 and installed in my system.
After Installation I have pasted the license.data under sahipro\userdata\config.
when I start the sahi pro,its just blinking but not at all starting.

Can any one help me.

    Hi Divya,

    Please check java is in your system path correctly and check the shortcut "Start Sahi Pro" icon the target should refer to the "sahi_pro installed directory\userdata\bin\start_dashboard.bat".

    Hi Kshitij,

    Many of the Windows 7 user facing this as they install unsupported jdk.
    Check whether your pc is 32 bit or 64 bit and install java accordingly.

    If you installed java wrongly with respect to 32 or 64 bit then it should work !!

    Hi Divya,
    Can you start sahi.bat or start_dashboard.bat through command prompt,instead of double clicking on sahi icon and inform us what the error is?
    That should help us identify the problem.

    Couldnt run the dashboard or sahi start batch file from desktop or from cmd line

    what will be the command in cmd line
