Unable to run Sahi on windows 7 home

Hi, I hope I am posting in the correct area.
I was hoping to learn more about Sahi over the weekend but unfortunately I am unable to to open the program after downloading Sahi OS version.
If I double click nothing happens, if I select 'run as administrator' a dos window appears for a split second but again disappears and nothing happens.
I am running windows 7 home premium 64 bit.
Is there anything I can do to get this running?

Do you have java installed on your machine?
Open command prompt, navigate to \Sahi\userdata\bin and start sahi by start_dashboard.bat or start_sahi.bat.
1. Check whether your pc is 32 bit or 64 bit and install java accordingly.
2. For 32 bit :- http://www.filehorse.com/download-java-runtime-32/
3. For 64 bit:- http://www.filehorse.com/download-java-runtime-64/
If you have installed java wrongly with respect to 32 or 64 bit then it will work !!
