How to ensure there are only labels in a page?

I am testing permissions of a user, and would like to verify that for a particular user, all fields are non-editable. These fields could be textboxes, textareas, checkboxes etc. When i test this scenario, the fields, since they are not editable, are all labels for this user. So my test using sahi would be to verify that all objects on this page are labels when logged in as this user. Any idea how to do this?

_assertNull(_textbox("name"));
_assertNull(_textarea("name2"));
