How to click on 2nd popup...

Hi,
in a website I clicked on a link to feed some data(first popup) and edited the data and saved.when am trying to close this window it will show a popup(second popup) that "do u really want to navigate away from this page " with "OK" and "CANCEL" buttons.I want to click on OK button in the second Popup.I can't able to assert it.
Can u guys please help me in this aspect.................?
