Round off the digits

Hi there,
I just want to round off the value. Example if the value is15.9654521, it has to be rounded off into 16. And if the value is 15.4398456 means it has to be rounded off into 15.
I have tried tried with the following codes.But i couldn't
value.setScale(0, RoundingMode.HALF_UP);
Please help on this issue.
