Difference between sahi.properties and userdata.properties

Hello,

I have been searching the differences between these files but i won't be able to find it. Can anyone help me?

    In sahi.properties,user can configure the proxy settings,hot keys etc.

    sahi.properties will be overwritten by userdata.properties when there are different settings
