We are using keyword driven framework. So it should work for all the applications. But its working for first application not for Second application. Also i tested for google application there also its working. I am using SahiV3.5 (2011-07-19)

Please help me why its not working for another applicaiton.

  • Hi lshankar_mca,

    For second application after openings the login page check if you are getting any error on Sahi console.If so then kindly post the contents of the Sahi console.

    Also, could you please check if you are facing this problem on all browsers?

    Regards
    Sumitra
  • Hi Sumitra,

    I got the issue. its not executing because of domain issue.

    For my second application sahi is identifying the objects with domain.

    eg: browser.domain("xyz").textbox("UserName").setValue("Test");

    But My both the applications are same and none of them are accessing data from different domain. even though sahi is identifying the objects with domain prefix.

    Please help me to identify sahi objects without domain prefix.

    Hi Shankar,

    Before executing the steps on the second app, call

    _selectDomain("xyz"); // replace xyz with your domain.

    and after finishing, call

    _selectDomain(); // resets to no explicit domain

    and check.

    I see that you are using java. Please use

    browser.execute("_sahi._selectDomain('xyz')");
    and

    browser.execute("_sahi._selectDomain()");

    in the above answer.

    Narayan
  • Hi Narayan,

    Thanks for your reply.

    I have fixed this issue.

    I have added my domain name in Userdata\config\domainfix.txt file
    And its working perfectly.

    Thank you,

    Regards,
