I am trying to reproduce the flash demo in IE (Version: 7.0.5730.13).
Before starting sahi.bat if I open IE and go to google, enter "yahoo mail" as search text and click on the first search result link, I successfully go to yahoo mail sign in page.
But After setting proxy in IE and starting sahi.bat if I do the same steps, on click of the first search result link I get the following certificate error in IE:

Sorry apparently new members can't post urls.
I hope this gives you some help.
The demo is an old one. Yahoo login has become ssl enabled now. So you see that security exception. As Panginoon points out, if you follow the steps in http://sahi.co.in/w/httpsssl-sites-do-not-work-properly, you will be able to get the site working. Regarding firefox, you will need
to set Sahi as a proxy for SSL/HTTPS also, once you do that you will receive a similar security error, and if you accept the certificates, you will be able to record and playback there too.
I am in the process of putting in a new demo, but it may take a few more days. Meanwhile if you face problems, please let us know.

I did follow the instructions in the URL you provided but it does not work consistently. I am sure you will see the same while developing the new demo.
