Why and when sahi fails to detect XMLHttpRequests, javascript and css, and injects its javascript?

Hi Narayan,
I was going through your documentation where it explains about Troubleshooting Page Loading or Rendering Problems.
I am curious to know about in which all possible scenarios sahi fails to detect it is XMLHttpRequests, javascript or css and tries to inject javascript code which may lead to Page Loading or Rendering issues.
