How to use TestRunner.bat to run RESTAPI test scripts

I have created a range of RESTAPI test scripts that I would like to run in batch. The test scripts execute via the controller, but they do not appear to run when using TestRunner.bat. I have tried by adding the scripts to a .suite file and by individually calling them in them in the .bat file that the TestRunner.bat executes.
