• Primarily an individual contributor who can mentor the automation Team in achieving competency in Sahi
• Must be well versed with end to end test activities, customer interactions, proposal preparation, test estimation, test strategy development, test planning, test case development, etc.
• Should have experience in leading multiple automation testing projects (offshore & Onsite)
• Experience in defining frameworks for automation testing is essential
• Ability to showcase capabilities to customers and prospects
• Hands-on experience in scripting in Sahi - with exposure to other automation tools preferably QTP, Selenium, TestComplete.
• Excellent hands on knowledge in java and javascript
• Experience in BFSI or Retail or Healthcare vertical is desirable
• Good interpersonal, communication skill and written skills
