Form not submitted during test playback

Hi,
I'm new to Sahi, and currently trying to evaluate Sahi OS for my workplace web application. I am testing out several key components of our website with the Sahi controller's record and playback function, and have run into a problem while testing out one of our forms.
In this form there is a button with a click event that is defined in a <script> tag on the page. The script function ends with the form being submitted. When I record a test on that form and then playback it, the form is not submitted.
I would appreciate any help in figuring this out. Unfortunately I don't have access to the source code...

Are you trying to run the script from Evaluate Expression tab or from the script file?
Can you provide the link of the website where you are trying to submit the form so that I can check it out on my end?
