Safari 5.1.7 and Windows 7 64 bit OS after every operation the focus comes to the Controller

Hi In Safari 5.1.7 and Windows 7 64 bit OS, Whenever I do any operation the focus is coming back to the Controller.For Example I click on system requirement and then I want to click on Product Overview then I cannot do that because the focus comes to the controller.Again I have bring the focus back to the webpage by clicking on it and then click on the Product Overview.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
