Not able to launch recorder

hello,
I am new to Sahi. I was trying to record through it. I have set the proxy to localhost:9999 and run sahi using sahi.bat from the bin directory.
I am unable to get the recording window to appear. I have tried all the keys - ALT, SHIFT, CTRL - but when I try the key and double-click the mouse on the title bar of the browser window, the window is resized.
How do I get the sahi recorder window to appear?

Dont do double click on the title bar. Do Ctrl+Alt+Double-click inside the browser window(anywhere inside your web page).

I tried that and got the controller. Earlier, I was doing Ctrl+Alt+DblClick on an empty page.
I have one question. What do I need to do if I need to cross a proxy to get to a web page? At work, we use a proxy server to connect to the Internet. This server needs a user id and password. How do I configure sahi to cross this proxy in order to reach the Internet?
