Launching Sahi Open Source on the iPad does not display the correct page

I followed the instructions to set up my ipad to run Sahi OS (http://sahi.co.in/run-sahi-script-on-ipad/). When launched Sahi on the ipad (<myipaddress>:9999) I only see the Start URL textbox and Go button. It looks like the page that I see after I select my browser on my server. I tried to enter my start URL and hit Go, but the page just refreshes. Is there something that I need to do for the OS version?
