Can't run multiple scripts in Safari

OS: Mac OS X 10.7.5
Browser: Safari 6.0.2
Sahi OS Build: 2013-02-06 (v4.3)
As this annoying feature in Safari (in Loin or later), which automatically opens the previously opened tabs, we are having problem running multiple scripts in a row with Sahi. As each of our script closes the browser and reopens for the subsequent scripts, the next script will stall due to multiple tabs opened in the browser window. Currently we have to run one script at a time and manually close the tabs before the browser window got closed. Is there any solution for Safari?
