Error Message

while opening sahi I get a Error like this in mozilla firefox {"reason":"Unknown command","result":"error"} .
In CMD i get a error : 9999 port is already been used
can i get a clear solution for this

Please confirm if you have any other application running on port 9999. And check that for mozilla only you get this error.
