How to get prompt from browser if no credential found

I would like SAHI to open the "original prompt dialog" of the browser when it tries to connect to a proxy and doest not have any user/password setup.
What I mean is that is there is a http proxy/http port setup in the userdata.properties, and the "ext.http.proxy.auth.enable" is set to false, Internet Explorer opens it's one dialog box to set user and password and go on.
