Get the Logs on the System where the Test was started

Finally i got it working. I can start my Test Suite (run on a Windows PC) over ANT with Jenkins.
But its a fact that normally the test logs are generated on the system where the test runs.
But i need the Logs on the Jenkins System (linux) not on the Remote System (windows).
Is there any solution that i can send/generate the logs (html,junit,xml) on the Jenkins system?
