getting message "unable to open 'sfl32.swc'"

We are trying to see which we can automate one of our flex application.
We have flex builde 3.2
We have followed the steps mentioned in the user manual.
After changing th argument in flex compiler to -include-libraries "sfl4.swc"
and clicking on ok, we are getting following error:
"unable to open 'sfl32.swc'"
