Input box in sahi

Hi All,

Can i have something like input box in VB where we can enter some user's text and get it inot a variable the way it happenes in VB or java.

Try with _prompt.

var $x = _prompt("Enter value");
_setValue(_textbox("user"), $x);

I tried with the below given code.

var $xx = _prompt("Enter value");
_setValue(_textbox("user"), $xx);
_alert($xx);

but in the alert box iam getting result as "null" i dont know why it is happening.Few times i have observer the same code returns the correct value in the alert box.

Below is the logs result that iam getting :

_sahi.setServerVar('___lastValue___1347895242406', _prompt("Enter value"));
[auto] at Sep 17, 2012 8:50:45 PM
_alert(null);
