how to shutdown sahi proxy from cmd line?

Hi all
after starting the sahi proxy from cmd line in ubuntu, I'm unable to shut it down .
pgrep is not giving me a PID for this process either.
Any idea how i can bring sahi down from cmd line?

look in the manual for lsof, there is a way to get just the process number
