Security Certificate Error blocking content

I followed the steps shown in the youtube vedio and suggested here on this forum but still I am getting this message "To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has blocked this website from displaying conent with security certificate errors.Click here for options...". I have installed the certificate but still it keeps on saying the same thing and stopping the script execution. Please suggest what has to be done to fix this problem.
