Sahi controller is not opening in mac OS

successfully installed sahi in mac os, able to open Sahi Dashboard, able to open the Safari browser.
Here the issue is,
default page (http://sahi.example.com/_s_/dyn/Driver_initialized) is not opened and Controller is not opening after clicking ALT+double click on the browser.
We are using VNC Viewer to access the mac and Browser is Safari.
please help me what might be the issue
