Running scripts in a loop for multi-droplist

My application contains three drop-lists-
1. Company name(Select a Company Type) 2. Trades(Select a Trade) 3. Coverage(Select Coverage).
Where coverage is Locations such as Bangalore, Pune etc.
I have to select 1st option from 1st droplist(Company type) then select 1st option from 2nd drop-list (Trade)and then select 1st option from 3rd drop-list(Coverage). After this again I want to select 1st,1st & 2nd option from drop-lists then again 1st, 1st n 3rd and so on. I want to create a loop for this. Pls help me.
Anything else I can explain to you pls let me know ?
