Batch Execution not getting executed properly

Hi,
we are using sahi pro 3,6
we have set of 200 scripts which are working fine when executed individually.
But same scripts when we run in batch mode through suite file, sahi is not able to perform action on some objects in between any particular script(s) randomly.
Hence our Batch execution is getting failed.
Can you please Elaborate the possible reasons.
