Not able to write CSV file

Hi,
My scenario is ..
1. put numerical values from CSV in text box---- working fine.
2. stored corresponding value(label text) that is generated by text box in variable.
here i want to write these label text value in csv.Text is different every time,so i want to store every text in csv.
