Sahi is a free and open souce software, IMHO any support is optional. If you purchased Sahi Pro, you will have access to reliable support http://sahi.co.in/w/paid-support
Any support in this forum is the goodwill of narayan, the other admins and the users. So when you experience nobody replying to your topics, it may be that no one knows an answer and the admins are busy elsewhere.
