Help in doing video conversion

I hope I'm at the right place. I already checked various website like fiverr, outsourcer, nab5.com, fiverr alternatives etc. - but I did not find anyone, who can do me a 1080p movie out of a 720p source-video. Does anybody have a suggestion, which Tool or software (easy to use) I can use for upscaling 720p into 1080p HDTV? Thanks so much and sorry, if this isn't so correct sub-forum

    maybe you should look for http://ffmpeg.org/
    Ffmpeg has a wide range of video codecs ... including 1080p and 720p and is capable of converting videos. Building it from Source is quite complicated, it took me a day to get it to work (needed for screencasts with sahi).
