SAHI is not able to close a particular Message Dialog box

Hi,
Currently I am facing an issue while dealing with the message dialog box using sahi. can you please help me in dealing with that please?
I found that the same message dialog is being handled by sahi properly on one page but on the second page sahi is unable to deal with that.
I am sending the screen shot to support.
