Script did not start within 150 seconds.

When running scripts (6 scripts) in suite, sometimes (around 50%) some script won't run successfully because Sahi reports "Script did not start within 150 seconds.". Anything idea about the root cause and how can I improve the stability in execution?

  • Hi Karen,

Check if the URL mentioned is correct.Try to run the first script in the suite file indiviually from the controller and check if you get any error.

Also, check if the internet is working fine.

  • It could be some some https or certificate errors...
does the browser for the failing scripts open? does it show anything unexpected? do you added any needed certificates with the SSLManager?
  • The browser is open, but could not load the initial page content successfully.

I am wondering if it's due to network issue as sometimes it happens and even I do not change anything, it succeeds sometimes.
  • Hi Karen,

Can you try deleteing the cache?

Also, can you check if the initial page contents are loading successfully without Sahi?

Can you post the contents of Sahi console?

  • Hi shilpi

please use the search function on the Sahi homepage, It would give you the informations you look for, e.g.:
    http://sahi.co.in/w/_getDB
    and
    http://sahi.co.in/w/sahi-apis
the "details" link on each API gives examples

additionally, there are some scripts in your userdata/scripts/demo directory
