problem while running scripts if applicaiton has popup widows.

I am facing problem with the popup widows.
my application is in HTTPS i have set the path in PATH and i am able to record the script. while recording there was popup window which will ask for user credencials . the issue is the same script is not running , it stops at the popup window. even we cannot kill the popup.we must reset sahi and the browser.
