Use:

_keyPress(_textbox("t2"),"X","CTRL+SHIFT"); to press Ctrl+Shift+X.

browser.execute("_sahi._keyPress(_sahi._div(\"mainDiv\"), 'x', \"CTRL|SHIFT\");");

or

browser.execute("_sahi._keyPress(_sahi._div('mainDiv'), 'x', 'CTRL|SHIFT');");

In my application after selecting radio button of CSV file format need press CTRL + ALT and at the same time need to click Run Report button.

I have tried it following way :
