Hi,

I am launching the browser via Dashboard. I have made changes to the Chrome browser (under options), but i still see the below error on the screen.

Error:
The webpage at http://sahi.example.com/_s_/dyn/Driver_initialized might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error 336 (net::ERR_NO_SUPPORTED_PROXIES): Unknown error.

Local host: 9999

Thanks,
Vinod

    Hi avinodkumar,

    1. Check whether the proxy is been set up properly on the browser.

    Go to Settings --> Options -->Under the hood --> Change Proxy settings --> Click on LAN Settings --> verify the proxy is set correctly as localhost:9999

    2. Also, Firewall might be blocking the call to the proxy. you can turn off the firewall and check.

    Regards
    Sumitra
