Hi Team,
I am uploading file , I get no error but I see my file is not getting uploaded as the SUBMIT button just remains Grey. I have used the bypass hack to change the File filed to Text filed. If you have any solution to this, please help me.

Have u tried _setFile3.

Well, you also need to recheck all required configuration including file size then try again. It mat give you a solution.
