Controller not detecting objects on screen & also not playing back

Hi Team,

We are trying to create scripts but the controller isn't detecting any item. We have tried clearing the cookies yet the ctrl + hover fails to detect any item on the screen.

Further, previously created scripts fail to proceed post loading the login screen. the controller shows the message 're-open the controller screen'.

The errors are same in Chrome Version 65.0.3325.162, Firefox 52.7.3 (64-bit) and IE 11

Please help.

I am using Sahi Pro and Desktop add on v 7.5 on Windows 7 with JRE 1.8
I used the controller to record some actions on a custom Java application - see script below. The problem is that it continues to fail on playback using the controller. What could be the issue?
