Sahi as a daemon/service on linux server

Hello,
Has anyone configured Sahi to run automatically on Linux server as a service or say daemon?
I wanted to know whether we need to

export DISPLAY

or is it possible to run Firefox browser in XVfb buffer.

we used the display variable on starting Sahi 'DISPLAY=:2 sh sahi.sh &'

if you dont want to mess with xvfb I can recommend pahntomjs
