The proxy server isn’t responding

When I use Internet Explorer for record and playback, I get "The proxy server isn’t responding" error in the sahi start page.

    1. Open Internet Options >> Connections >>LAN Settings. Check if proxy server is set as 127.0.0.1:9999 (default Sahi port).
    2. Are you able to launch Sahi start page with other browsers
