IE-11 unable to load the Sahi example page.

I recently installed Sahi Pro starter and attempted to launch Chrome , IE and Firefox from the Sahi Dashboard. Chrome and IE launch fine but IE 11 is unable to reach the page.
when I look under the More information section I see the following:
the DNS name does not exist
Error Code:INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND
how can I fix this?

Open Internet Options >> Connections >>LAN Settings. Check if proxy server is set as 127.0.0.1:9999 (default Sahi port).
