Page loading issue

Hi,
The application which i work on, after customer search , the customer details get loaded.
Here, first the dummy data will get displayed and after few seconds the original data i.e., the specific customer details will get loaded.
When doing it manually , it's working fine.. But doing the same through Sahi , page gets stuck with dummy data.
I'm not able to understand whtr this is appln or tool issue ?
Please clarify the same.
